Enjoy a meal in the dining center or treat your guests at one or our retail locations on campus! While guest meals can always be purchased with cash, Dining Dollars, and ID charge at all dining outlets on campus (our retail locations also accept credit cards) a university account may also be used to purchase guest meals.*
FOR GROUPS OF LESS THAN 25 AND FUNDED BY A UNIVERSITY ACCOUNT
The preferred method for purchasing guest meals with a university account is to use the Department of Residence Departmental Charge Form.
The department requesting the meals should fill out the form and take the signed and approved form to the specified dining or retail location to complete the purchase. Physical meal cards are not necessary.
FOR GROUPS OF 25 OR LARGER OR OFF-CAMPUS GROUPS
Order meal cards to be picked up at the Department of Residence Office in Redeker Center. Cards can be requested for a meal in the dining center or can be loaded with a set number of Dining Dollars to be used at one of our retail locations. Such requests can be billed to a university account or paid using cash, check or credit card. Payment is due upon receipt of cards. Any unused cards can be returned on the day of the event for credit and must be clearly labeled with event name and date.
